Joel Holsteen

I'm a product-minded full-stack engineer. I build software end-to-end, from infrastructure to UI, and own it from first commit to production. By day I'm a senior staff engineer at Capital One, working on developer productivity in the age of AI. I also advise founders and investors who want technical grounding before they commit to an architecture, a hire, or a check. And I run a few things of my own, including gitstack.sh and go-tui.dev.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Head to /contact to reach out, or /consulting if you want to work together. I reply within 2 business days.
